Wife stuffed husband’s cellphone with child porn in try to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading tons of of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in keeping with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the device and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn of their home.

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the telephone he was using didn't have any images much like those Moore turned into them. That’s after they reportedly got a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been mates and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they had been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his old cellphone since final “October or November,” however “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his major phone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same expenses as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
