Wife stuffed husband’s phone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have labored together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in line with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the gadget and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their residence.

The police say that phone had tons of of images of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the phone he was using did not have any photographs much like those Moore was them. That’s when they reportedly received a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been pals and had mentioned finishing up the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they were buddies and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since last “October or November,” however “didn’t suppose too much of it as a result of it was not his main cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the same expenses as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
