Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of eating Massive Macs daily

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum Information Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Big Mac streak began on May 17, 1972.

“I’ve only missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I rely every Huge Mac. I’ve counted every Massive Mac I’ve eaten my whole life,” Gorske mentioned.

Gorske eats two Massive Macs a day.

“All through life here, lots of people said, ‘You’ll be lifeless before you attain 50 years of consuming Massive Macs.’ I guess I proved them fallacious,” he mentioned.

His son shouldn't be surprised at his father’s persistence.

“We always went to McDonald’s with my dad and had comfortable meals. I always cherished my chicken nuggets, and my brother at all times liked his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s just an on a regular basis life form of thing for us,” he said.

Gorske’s son has more of a diversified food regimen.

“I used to eat chicken nuggets on daily basis. I used to eat cheeseburgers every day, but finally you simply get sick of it. I don’t know the way he does it, however he actually does,” he mentioned.

Gorske says he'll proceed eating Large Macs with a Coca-Cola on the side till he dies.
