This comes after WhiteHat Jr, a platform which was acquired by BYJU’S in 2020, asked its employees to return to workplace inside a month’s time, in line with an Inc42 report.

On March 18, the corporate introduced the policy to finish do business from home and asked distant workers to return to office by April 18.

The resignations came from full-time staff of the gross sales, coding, and math teams. More employees are expected to put down their papers within the coming months.

One of the workers who resigned instructed the website that a month’s time was not enough for relocation. “Some have children, some have aged and sick mother and father, while others produce other tasks. It's not right to call again employees in such a short period of time,” the previous WhiteHat Jr worker mentioned.

One other employee stated salaries additionally factored in the determination to not return to the office.
