Wisconsin man celebrates 50 years of consuming Big Macs on daily basis

MILWAUKEE (Spectrum Information Milwaukee) - Don Gorske’s Huge Mac streak started on May 17, 1972.

“I’ve only missed eight days in 50 years, which is phenomenal. And like I say, I count each Massive Mac. I’ve counted every Massive Mac I’ve eaten my whole life,” Gorske mentioned.

Gorske eats two Large Macs a day.

“All through life right here, a lot of people said, ‘You’ll be dead before you attain 50 years of eating Large Macs.’ I guess I proved them unsuitable,” he stated.

His son is not stunned at his father’s persistence.

“We all the time went to McDonald’s with my dad and had completely happy meals. I always loved my chicken nuggets, and my brother at all times loved his hamburgers. It’s how we grew up. It’s simply an on a regular basis life type of factor for us,” he said.
