Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading tons of of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and said she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had a whole lot of photos of “numerous juvenile victims.”
