Spouse stuffed husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in accordance with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had a whole bunch of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to wonder why the telephone he was utilizing did not have any photographs similar to the ones Moore become them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore have been pals and had discussed finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they have been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his primary phone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same fees in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
