Spouse stuffed husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading tons of of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in line with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn of their home.

The police say that phone had a whole lot of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to marvel why the cellphone he was using did not have any photographs similar to the ones Moore was them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been pals and had discussed carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they were mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it because it was not his main cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same expenses in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
