Uvalde college police chief identified as commander who decided not to breach classroom

Texas Division of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave a detailed timeline of the mass taking pictures at Robb Elementary Faculty on Could 24 that left 19 youngsters and two teachers lifeless.
