Uvalde college police chief identified as commander who decided to not breach classroom

Texas Department of Public Security Director Col. Steven McCraw on Friday gave an in depth timeline of the mass taking pictures at Robb Elementary School on Might 24 that left 19 children and two lecturers dead.
