The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Unbiased College District police force are no longer cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Safety's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary College and the state's assessment of the law enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources tell ABC News.
The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Independent School District didn't instantly respond to requests for comment from ABC News.
In line with sources, the decision to cease cooperating occurred soon after the director of DPS, Col. Steven McCraw, held a information convention Friday throughout which he said the delayed police entry into the classroom was "the incorrect determination" and contrary to protocol.

Reached by ABC Information, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Security said, "The Uvalde Police Division and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators. The chief of the Uvalde CISD Police offered an initial interview but has not responded to a request for a follow-up interview with the Texas Rangers that was made two days ago."
Final Tuesday's attack, one of many worst school shootings in U.S. history, left 19 youngsters and two adults useless.
