Juveniles Crash Stolen Car Close to White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles had been injured Monday after crashing a stolen automotive right into a concrete security barrier near the White House, the U.S. Secret Service stated.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to pull over the car about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automotive slammed right into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Road and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officers said.

Video shows a silver sedan partly crumpled in the front throughout the street from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the road.

There were two juveniles in the car. Each have been taken to a hospital and are actually in secure situation, officers said. We don't know their actual ages.

They’re anticipated to face prices.

D.C. police are investigating.
