Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in front of household during home violence name

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a family that known as police during a fraught domestic violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order name on the night of April 21.
