The household of an 11-year-old woman who survived the bloodbath at Robb Elementary College in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday says the 4th grader played useless after the gunman entered her classroom.

Miah Cerrillo's aunt and godmother stated the 4th grader is struggling to manage and telling them what she witnessed throughout the shooting.

"Around midnight my sister-in-law referred to as me and she was just crying, like 'I believe it simply hit Miah. I feel all the pieces got here to reality now,'" said Blanca Rivera.

Rivera mentioned Miah's trainer, Irma Garcia, was one of many two teachers killed. Her pals and classmates have been also focused.

Rivera stated that's when Miah went into survival mode.

"Miah obtained some blood and put it on herself so she might faux she was useless," stated Rivera. "It's too much for me to play that scene over and over, but that's what my sister-in-law stated is that she noticed her buddy stuffed with blood and she bought blood and put it on herself."

Miah was injured however taken to the hospital and has been launched.

Rivera, a mom of three, stated the household is rallying around Miah to assist her recover bodily, emotionally and spiritually.
